This Commercial Electronic Messages Disclosure and Consent Text covers marketing, campaign, announcement, and promotional messages sent by MARKTYAI YAPAYZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ VE YAZILIM A.Ş. ("Markty AI" or the "Company") by email (each, a "Commercial Electronic Message"). It does not cover transactional or service notifications (such as billing notices or account security alerts), which are not commercial electronic messages.
2. Legal Basis
Sending commercial electronic messages is subject to Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its secondary legislation. Markty AI sends commercial electronic messages only to recipients who have given prior explicit consent.
3. How Consent Is Obtained
Your consent is obtained as a clear and affirmative statement of will, given by knowingly checking a box that is not pre-ticked, presented during account creation or newsletter sign-up on our website.
