"Markty AI", "we", "us", "our": Markty AI and its affiliates. "Platform": Websites under the markty.ai domain and related subdomains (e.g., app.markty.ai) along with mobile/web applications. "Services": All software, digital marketing tools, artificial intelligence assistants/agents, integrations, APIs, and related functions provided by Markty AI. "User", "you", "your": Natural or legal persons visiting the Platform or using the Services. "Personal Data": Any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. "Usage Data": Technical data automatically collected during Platform access (device information, sessions, logs, etc.). "Cookies": Small text files placed on browsers. "Agreement": These Terms and all referenced policies/documents.

By using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Privacy Policy (and if applicable, Cookie Policy, KVKK Information Text). If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Services.

Communication with Markty AI is provided via email, in-platform notifications, and other electronic channels. Notifications made through these channels are considered valid.

You must use the Platform only for legal purposes. Creating or sharing harmful, misleading, or illegal content is prohibited.

You use the services at your own responsibility. Platform access may be temporarily interrupted, services may be updated or terminated.

Current pricing information for paid services is specified on the platform. Payments are processed through secure payment providers.

Free trial periods are limited and may be changed at any time. There is no automatic transition to paid plans at the end of the trial period.

Prices may be changed with prior notice. Price changes for existing subscriptions take effect in the next billing period.

Refund conditions are detailed in a separate Delivery and Refund Terms document. Generally, you can request a refund for unused services.

Promotion codes and special offers are limited time and subject to certain conditions. Promotions may be canceled at any time.

Services are expected to be used within reasonable limits. Account restrictions may be applied in case of excessive usage.

The Platform cannot be used for spam, malware, copyright infringement, or other illegal activities. Such uses may result in account closure.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links may lead to services and content not under the control of markty.ai. Using such links is entirely at your own risk.

The Platform is for users aged 18 and over. Parental consent is required for users under 18.

You retain your rights over content you upload to the Platform, but you grant Markty AI the necessary license to process this content.

All content, design, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by markty.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

Contact us immediately in case of copyright infringement. Relevant content will be removed for proven violations.

Feedback you provide regarding the Platform may be used by Markty AI for product development purposes.

Services are provided 'as is'. Markty AI does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Markty AI may suspend or terminate accounts in case of terms violation. Users can close their accounts at any time.

Services may be changed, updated, or terminated with prior notice.

markty.ai reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective after being published on the platform.

This contract cannot be transferred to third parties. Markty AI may transfer the contract when necessary.

Service interruptions due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or other events beyond our control are considered force majeure.

Non-exercise of any right does not mean that right will not be exercised in the future.

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
