Credits come off when work is delivered, never for work that fails. Video has its own allowance on the Manager, 300 credits a month.

QUESTIONS
Credits are the monthly allowance you spend producing work in Markty. Images, video, blog articles and every other AI output come off your balance as you make them. Each job can cost a different amount, depending on the model it uses and the kind of output.
Every package has the same AI team and the same core features; what changes is how much work you can get through in a month. The Manager keeps everything in the Senior and adds the AI Visibility engine and a separate video allowance on top.
Up to 1,000 unused credits roll into next month, and they stay good for six months. Anything above that does not carry over.
Markty tells you before your credits run out. You can top up or move up a rung whenever you like.
The Senior covers 1 brand and 1 seat. The Manager starts at 3 brands and 3 seats, and the upper rungs go up to 8 brands. You can invite your team from settings at any time. An extra brand voice costs 50 credits, and if you need more than 3 seats, talk to us.
Yes, any time. The bill is flat and there is no contract.
