HubSpot Integration

HubSpot here is a chat-side connection, not a data sync. Once connected, the assistant works with the records in your HubSpot portal live: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, notes and associations. Nothing is copied into Markty, there is no HubSpot dashboard inside the product, and marketing emails and workflows stay in HubSpot.

What Markty does with HubSpot

  • Create, read, list, update and search contacts, companies and deals in your HubSpot portal, by asking for it in chat rather than switching tabs.
  • Work the service side too: create, read, list and search tickets, add notes to records, and create associations between objects.
  • The assistant reaches for HubSpot on its own. When a message is about CRM, deals, pipeline, leads or contacts, Markty surfaces the HubSpot tools for that turn instead of making you pick an app first.
  • The tool set is allowlisted, not open-ended. Archiving a single contact, company or ticket is available; bulk delete is deliberately left out, so the assistant cannot mass-delete an object type.

How to connect it

  1. 1Open Integrations in Markty and find the HubSpot card. Integrations require a paid plan: trial accounts see an upgrade prompt instead of a Connect button.
  2. 2Open the guide on the card, which lists what the integration can do and what it needs, and confirm you have read it.
  3. 3Click Connect, sign in to a HubSpot account that is allowed to authorize apps, and approve the requested permissions. The OAuth handoff runs through Composio, our integration provider.
  4. 4Return to Markty and ask an assistant for CRM work. The integration only helps if you already have data in HubSpot; it does not import anything for you.

FAQ

Does Markty sync or copy my HubSpot contacts?

No. There is no background sync and no copy of your CRM inside Markty. Every request calls HubSpot live and reads or writes in your own portal.

Can it delete records?

It can archive a single contact, company or ticket. Bulk delete is intentionally kept off the allowed tool list, so a badly worded instruction cannot wipe an object type.

Can Markty run HubSpot marketing emails, forms or workflows?

No. The connection covers CRM objects only: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, notes and associations. Campaigns and automation stay in HubSpot.

Is there a HubSpot screen inside Markty?

No. Apart from the integration card, which shows whether the account is connected and lets you disconnect, HubSpot is used entirely through chat. If you want dashboards and reports, keep using HubSpot for that.
